The SDR group is in advanced discussions with the Botswana government to establish and construct a state-of-the-art cannabis grow operation, further complemented by a GMP certified and licensed extraction and processing facility near Gaborone, the capital city of Botswana.
Botswana is regarded as one of the safest and politically stable countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, and has a particularly good, long standing trade relationship with the EU.
21 August 2019 – SDR Corporation is happy to announce that it has successfully established and registered its new Dacha operating company in Botswana.
The company will do business as Dacha Botswana Pty limited, and will focus on both the cultivation of pharma grade cannabis as well as facilitate a state of the art, “GMP” cannabis extraction and processing division, for the production of cannabis oils and other products.
