SDR is delighted to announce that it has registered a Lesotho company known as Dacha Lesotho Pty Ltd, with a view on securing a cannabis cultivation license in Lesotho.
The company has subsequently entered into and signed a long-term land lease agreement with a private commercial farmer in the area of Mafeteng, approximately 85 km away from Maseru, the capital of Lesotho. The site will consist of approximately 10 hectares on which the company intends to construct and operate approximately 10,000 sq. meters of grow facilities, cultivating cannabis earmarked for the healthcare and wellness markets.

Dacha Lesotho is proud to announce that it has been granted a cannabis cultivation license in Lesotho, for its planned operations in the area of Mafeteng. The license affords Dacha Lesotho the ability to cultivate, produce and export medicinal grade cannabis and hemp products to international buyers.

SDR is excited to announce that it has established a second Lesotho operating company bearing the name Dacha Highlands Pty Ltd. This company will apply for the second cannabis cultivation license in Lesotho and will establish its grow operations in the Maluti Mountains, approximately 260 km outside of Maseru.

Dacha Highlands Pty Ltd, our second Lesotho based company, has been granted a cannabis cultivation license. Dacha intends to cultivate and grow different types of cannabis strains in the high-altitude areas of the Maluti Mountains in Lesotho in future.
